Spectrum TV works on sufficiently powerful large screen powerful Windows and Ubuntu Linux PCs, under Chrome browser, but that's expensive and hard to ship, and Linux may be too hard for my relative to use. It sort of runs on a Samsung Galaxy S5 Android phone, but is hard to use due to screen size and coverage - you have to keep guessing what is covered up on the screen, and also zoom and pan a lot. Spectrum's web page says Spectrum TV runs on Android 5 or later, but it dies with an error on a small screen Android 5.x phone, and an Android 5.1.1 TV box.
